who is dr angelo lazaris?

Many dentists claim to be “cosmetic dentists” and whilst there is no formal qualification for this title, the term is used in a casual manner without any regulation over clinical skill sets or academic credentials. Dr Angelo Lazaris has established his reputation as one of Sydney’s most respected general and cosmetic dentists through an authentic dedication to his profession, his art and his patients. He has earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree with Honours in 1991 from the University of Sydney and in 2014, Dr Lazaris was awarded his Master’s of Science in Aesthetic Dentistry with distinction from the highly prestigious Kings College London and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons.
Since graduating, Dr Lazaris been appointed as an Honorary Senior Lecturer by the University of Sydney and Kings College London, lecturing extensively on aesthetic and contemporary restorative dentistry and in 2023 has been appointed Course Director for a Post Graduate Diploma in digital dentistry by the University of Portsmouth.

Dr Barbara Pinheiro
In 2024, dr Barbara Pinheiro joined the team at next level dentistry and is tasked with our patients’ general dental care and assisting dr lazaris with complex cases. In a short time, she has embraced the philosophy of next level dentistry and has endeared herself to the team and her patients.
Her special interests include orthodontic alignment, root canal treatment and childrens’ dentistry.
Dr Pinheiro hails from Brazil, a country renowned for the highest standards in dental education and is a generation dentist, so her work and her passion for it is in her blood.

Filled with natural light, city views and exposed timber ceilings and brick facades, our open-plan practice is equipped with the most advanced equipment and digital infrastructure, and our facility reflects our values: old-school artisan craftsmanship guiding advanced technical procedures, performed with digital precision and efficiency.
Built specifically to accommodate Dr Lazaris’ innovative and unique digital workflows, our practice is more like a design studio. Everywhere you look, you will see cutting-edge technology. Digital oral scanners, digital x-rays and CT scans, 3D face scanners, 3D printers, and CADCAM design workstations provide accurate, detailed diagnostic, planning and treatment delivery capabilities.
