New Patients

Becoming one of Dr Lazaris’ patients is easy and whilst we love and appreciate referrals from other doctors or friends and family , you don’t need a referral to come here. All you need to do is fill out the form below to request a consultation time and one of our friendly and professional team members will contact you shortly after to have a chat and to coordinate your appointment. Alternatively, you can give us a call to speak to us so we can help set up a time for you and also answer any questions you may have. Once you have arranged an appointment a confirmation letter and welcome pack will be sent to you via email or post.

Dr Angelo Lazaris’ dental practice is located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD at 65 York Street (Ikon House) in between King and Barrack street. We are within a short walking distance from Wynyard, Martin Place and Town Hall Train Stations and several major bus stops. Wynyard station is the closest in proximity. There are a number of car parks adjacent to our building also. Our opening hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday (by Appointment Only). Whilst it is often helpful to have your past dental records, it is not entirely necessary. Dr Lazaris will usually take all of his own diagnostic records so all you need to bring is yourself. If you are with a health fund, we do have HICAPS here so bring your card and we can claim the rebate for you on the spot. When you arrive at Dr Lazaris somebody will at the front desk waiting to greet you.  As a new patient coming to our practice for the first time, we will need you to complete a medical history questionnaire providing us with information that will help us treat your individual needs.
Your first appointment with Dr Lazaris is an opportunity for you to get to know him and his team and for them to meet you and gain an understanding of your special wants and needs. Dr Lazaris will see all of his new patients himself and he will be with you for approximately an hour. During this time, Dr Lazaris will provide a full comprehensive exam, along with a general and/or cosmetic consultation. He will most likely also take a series of x-rays in order to gain an accurate diagnosis and in some cases he make even take photographs and study models and give  you a scale and clean and fluoride treatment. During this appointment you will also have plenty of time to have a good chat with Dr Lazaris so that he can answer any questions that you may have. At the conclusion of your consultation, Dr Lazaris will also put together a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plan for you outlining the scope of prospective treatments, duration and fees involved so you will have a thorough understanding of your dental status, with no surprises.
