despite our best efforts, we don’t seem to make all of the people happy all of the time. while we welcome criticism, I feel compelled to respond to Ms Daly’s consistent barrage of vitriol.

For the record, Ms Daly submitted a complaint to the HCCC for various complaints. She has fabricated evidence, has shopped around for 8 dentists in 9 years to bolster her case, and has been unable to back any of her claims.

The HCCC thoroughly investigated her claims and found I had no case to answer.

Upon failure to secure a judgement against me, she has solicited money from me a number of times with threats of further action…(possibly a bad google review?)

In the interests of transparency, I am prepared to share the independent assessor’s report for all to view, warts and all. I don’t claim to be infallible, and like everyone, I make mistakes. For interest, I have inserted my comments to the report.

I don’t usually succumb to this stuff, but when a patient highlighted the review Ms Daly submitted, I felt compelled to defend myself.
